An International Pinned File Number identifies a registered claim about a work. Open its public record to inspect the claimant, available original-file fingerprint and completed pin or ledger receipts. The number is not itself proof of ownership.
IPFS content addresses and Base transaction receipts make completed records independently checkable. Serving the website and keeping pinned records available still require maintained infrastructure; originals and edited exports remain separate assets.
